All about essential oilsThe essentials oils are plants essences obtained by distillation and which we find everywhere in our cares
They have innumerable qualities; there are a few of them that are frequently utilised:
The cinnamon and rosemary oils have stimulating and bracings virtues.
The lavender and camomile oils are recognised for their calming qualities.
The lemon essential oil enables to fight oily hair, dandruffs, headache, and stress.
The rose oil enables to attenuate sleep troubles and nausea, as well as combating rosacea.
For the essentials oils deliver all their virtues, dilute fourdrops in a tablespoon of almond oil and apply this melt on your skin like a massage (never apply an essential oil not diluted directly on skin !) If you prefer baths, pour a few oil drops in your bath hot water.The oils perfumes excite the nose upper part sensorial receptors.
The messages are transmitted to the brain for a relaxing or invigorating reaction.
Face: Use a base oil like rose oil, wheat germ oil, or avocado oil and never go past 3 drops ofessential oil.
Body hydration: Mix the essential oils to a neutral and perfume free body milk.
Hair: Mix the oils in your shampoo, but only prepare one dose once: the essential oils don’t put up a long time with shampoo.
A good quality oil conserves itself perfectly during many years if you store it properly and recapping it well
