We plan to start the construction at mid-2012Our residential project Tropical Nat is a project that was conceived to be a naturalist residence in a zone declared as one of the 10 most beautiful in the world, and will be built in El Ermitaño, Samaná.
We certainly have faced many difficulties, but it is also true that we have overcome them all, and the last authorization needed was the environmental permit, and this one is currently in process, after we adapted the plans to the requirements of the authorities in order that they would give us that permission.
We plan to begin the construction of the project at mid 2012, since according to our estimations, at this time, we will have all the legal requirements, this is why no construction started on the land, which was entirely paid 4 years ago.
We are just waiting for the approval of this environmental authorization, since all the other permits are ready and paid. Through this communiqué, we invite our customers who reserved their units in the project, to contact us, so we can show them the documents and so clarify any doubt or misunderstanding that may exist.
