Las Terrenas Jazz Festival goes on
Alex Díaz was at the Paco Cabana Saturday
Las Terrenas welcomed on Saturday the group Alex Diaz and its contagious Merengue Jazz, from New York, as part of the Las Terrenas Jazz Festival
organized by the The Paco Cabana Bar & Restaurant.
This was the only show the artist will offer in the north of the country during his tour called Alex Diaz & his Merengue Jazz - Beyond 145th Street
.
The singer was accompanied by great musicians as Ivan Renta (saxophone), Pedro Bermúdez (piano) and Ray Chinito
Diaz (drums and gourds) from New York, as well as the Dominicans Joe Nicolas (bass), Otoniel Nicolas (drums) and Miguel Montas, (percussion).
This was the second of 12 scheduled concerts that will take place in the Paco Cabana as part of the Jazz Festival.
Concerning this concert, Activil Modeste, producer of the event, said It will be a great combination of good music and culture
