Regulations of commercial activity located on public domain
Avoid the administrative closure of your business on the beach !
Administrators and owners should know that to operate a business of any kind on the public domain, it’s necessary to with the laws of the Dominican Republic and in particular the regulations of the municipality of Las Terrenas.
It is to say;
A) Obtain a No Objection Permit for Land Use from the City Hall.
B) Obtain an Environmental Permit from the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources.
C) Obtain an authorization from the Navy.
D) Obtain a Permit of No Objection for Land Use, from Ministry of Tourism (DPP).
E) Obtain an Operating License from the Ministry of Tourism.
F) Get and Inspection from the Ministry of Public Health.
