The Lawyers Association of Las Terrenas presents a book

The Lawyer Association of Las Terrenas in coordination with the Segundo E. Moncion, Judge of the Superior Court Land of the Northern Department, put in circulation, the second, revised, updated and expanded edition from the book La Litis, Los Incidentes y la Demanda en Referimiento en la Jurisdicción Inmobiliaria. , during a ceremony held in the City Hall of Las Terrenas.
Lawyers, law students, geographers, builders and others persons linked to the Real Estate sector attended the event.
The book was presented by José Antonio Cepeda Marty, the judge the Samaná Land Court, who noted that the book is comprehensive, pragmatic and very important for the professional, linked to the real estate sector and will serve to lawyers, judges, geographers and law students.
For his part, Juan De Peña, President of the Lawyers Association of Las Terrenas, presented the mission, goals and major concerns of the association and expressed on behalf of the members the honor of receiving such a great author.
Mr. Tony Tavares, President of the Bar for the province of Samana, Rafael Martinez Guzman and Dr. Pedro Catrain, highlighted the merits and author's intellectual gifts and the importance of the event.
During his speech at the event, the author of the book, Moncion, gave a brief lecture on the main themes of the book and said the new 5 chapters added to this edition were very important.
